Practice Areas
Juvenile Criminal Law – As an advocate dedicated to juvenile justice, I assist families and children in navigating the rehabilitative nature of juvenile law with compassion and professionalism. My goal is not only to guide clients through the legal process but also to ensure that parents are fully equipped with the knowledge and practical tools necessary to educate, support, and discipline their children effectively. I work closely with families to help them understand their rights, responsibilities, and the resources available to promote positive behavioral change and long-term success. By providing legal guidance alongside educational support, I am committed to helping families move forward with confidence and renewed hope for a brighter future.
Adult Criminal Law – As a dedicated legal advocate, I am committed to protecting individuals against the deprivation of their fundamental rights—namely, life, liberty, and property. I provide vigorous legal representation to ensure that every client’s constitutional rights are upheld at every stage of the legal process. This includes safeguarding the right to counsel, the right to a fair and impartial jury trial, and the critical right to confront and cross-examine witnesses. I also stand firmly in defense of the constitutional right to bear arms, ensuring that clients are protected from unjust restrictions. Additionally, I challenge excessive bail and advocate for fair pretrial conditions, recognizing that justice demands both accountability and fairness. My goal is to provide clients with the strong, informed, and unwavering representation they deserve when their freedoms are on the line.
Home/Private Education Law – As an advocate for constitutional freedoms and individual rights, I am dedicated to shielding the spheres of family government and church government from undue interference, overreach, and antagonism by the civil government. I provide legal representation to protect families, churches, and private institutions from the creeping influence of soft tyranny, regulatory overreach, and economic coercion that threaten their autonomy and convictions. This includes defending the right to home education and supporting the legal protection of homeschool families and private educational institutions. I work tirelessly to ensure that families retain the freedom to educate their children according to their deeply held values and beliefs without fear of government intrusion or punitive measures. By standing for religious liberty, parental rights, and educational freedom, I am committed to preserving the foundational principles that allow families and faith communities to flourish independently of state control.
Expunction/Nondisclosure – As an experienced legal advocate, I am dedicated to helping individuals remove the blemishes of past mistakes through the processes of expunction and orders of nondisclosure. I understand that one poor decision or unfortunate circumstance should not define a person’s future. My goal is to assist those who have taken meaningful steps to improve their lives and deserve the opportunity to move forward without the heavy burden of a criminal record limiting their potential.Through expunction, I work to permanently clear eligible arrests, charges, or convictions from public view—effectively giving my clients a clean slate and restoring their legal standing as though the incident never occurred. For those who may not qualify for expunction, I help pursue orders of nondisclosure to seal records from public access, allowing individuals to lawfully deny the existence of certain offenses in most situations. I am committed to walking alongside my clients with professionalism and discretion, offering tailored legal strategies that give them the fresh start they need to pursue employment, housing, education, and personal growth without the shadow of the past holding them back. Everyone deserves a second chance, and I’m here to help make that possible.
