ABOUT

Attorney & Counselor Kevin R. Novak is licensed in Texas and Virginia. He brings a variety of legal and life experiences to your situation. A former homeschool administrator, he owns and operates a small non-profit that promotes Christian Education. Prior to lawyering, Mr. Novak spent over seven years in the insurance business and many years in Christ-centered basketball ministry and inner-city (Chicago) homeless outreach. While working at the Tarrant County District Attorney’s office, Mr. Novak tried misdemeanor and felony cases, practiced in the juvenile courts, and assisted with the Mental Health Division Program. A proud graduate of Liberty University School of Law, Mr. Novak admires Chief Justice John Marshall’s jurisprudence and Dr. Greg L. Bahnsen’s apologetics.
